Does NFINIT share the Information it receives?

Does NFINIT sell Personal Information it receives?
In its normal course of business, NFINIT does not sell personal information we receive, and therefore, it is unnecessary to provide a way to opt out of the sale of your personal information. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses. In such transactions, client information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless the client consents otherwise). Also, in the event that NFINIT or substantially all of its assets are acquired, client and non-client information will be one of the transferred assets. Clients can access the information below through the NFINIT Client Portal or by contacting an NFINIT representative. Examples of information Clients can access include:
- your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and other similar contact information
- usernames, aliases, permissions, and other authentication and security credential information
- your Service Order, certain service usage data, billing, and payment history
- payment settings, such as payment and billing preferences
- tax information
- Service email communication and notification settings
We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
- When you submit information via the website, your information is protected during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar next to the address of the Web page.
- We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.
- It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
