NFINIT CLIENT FAQs

What prompted this transaction?
The NFINIT and LightEdge teams have led similar histories and grown within their respective markets. Headquartered in Des Moines, IA, LightEdge is a leading provider of colocation and private cloud services across the Midwest for 25 years, and the same is true of NFINIT within the Southwest states. As our leadership teams have had the opportunity to connect, one truth has become clear – LightEdge and NFINIT are both very highly respected in the marketplace. Each company brings strengths and advantages that leverage the additive connectivity of cloud on-ramps and introduce additional product capabilities, enabling us to offer more innovative solutions and support to our existing and future customers. Together, we believe LightEdge and NFINIT create a hybrid cloud and colocation “Platform Company” poised for robust expansion.

Will the acquisition impact my data center or services?
NFINIT’s level of care and commitment to excellence will remain unchanged. The acquisition will have no impact to your day-to-day operations with NFINIT. From sales to support to everyone in between, the NFINIT team you interact with are still available to help and can be reached at the same emails and phone numbers as before. Together with LightEdge, we are developing detailed plans to manage through the process in a way that ensures you, our customers, continue receiving the distinctive quality and service you have come to expect. Together, we will provide periodic updates as we make progress.

What can I expect moving forward?
As always, we remain fully committed to helping you accomplish your mission-critical priorities. You can expect to see familiar faces from the NFINIT team, and we will begin introducing you to the LightEdge experts as we build plans on how we merge our teams. Phil Kenney, NFINIT’s CEO, will act as a Strategic Advisor alongside LightEdge’s Jim Masterson as Jim moves forward as CEO.  Phil and Jim will work closely to ensure the successful integration of the combined company. As part of the LightEdge platform, we expect to innovate, grow and scale ― from new markets to new services. As we expand, we’ll introduce you to new subject matter experts who can provide you additional options to help your enterprise meet its technology demands both today and in the future. Together with LightEdge, we are excited to provide your team access to the enterprise cloud product portfolio and services that our combined organization will bring to the table as well as eight regional data centers from coast to coast.
